Legal TechnologyWe work with three core models depending on your needs:
- Project-based: a defined scope and budget for a specific transaction, litigation or advisory engagement.
- Ongoing advisory (retainer): uninterrupted access to your day-to-day legal needs for a fixed monthly fee.
- Corporate secretarial: integrated support for company management, compliance and financial operations.
Legal fees are determined on an hourly, fixed (lump-sum) or monthly retainer basis depending on the nature of the work. After the initial consultation we clarify the scope; before we begin, we share a transparent fee and service framework. For work in Türkiye, the İstanbul Bar Association's minimum fee schedule applies.
Köksal is the Turkish member firm of the Geneva Group International (GGI) network. In a multi-jurisdictional transaction, it coordinates selected law, tax and advisory firms in the relevant countries through a single relationship; you deal with just one team.
