A regional desk focuses on a country or region such as DACH and works with a locally present team familiar with its language, law and commercial rhythm. A specialist desk works across geographies on a subject such as Legal Tech or ESG with an interdisciplinary, multi-jurisdictional team. Most matters draw on both.
