Yes. Trainee lawyers take responsibility on real matters from day one alongside senior lawyers and academics, learning and growing at the heart of international work.
It depends on the position. German is a strong advantage for cross-border and Germany Desk matters and is required for some roles. Turkish and English may be sufficient for many Türkiye Desk positions. We state the language requirements clearly in each posting.
