We work to an internal protocol that decides which data may be processed in which environment, and documents containing personal data are handled under the Personal Data Protection Law (No. 6698), and the GDPR where it applies. Underneath all of it sits the duty of secrecy under the Attorneyship Law (No. 1136) and attorney-client confidentiality, which is the boundary governing every tool we use. Where there is any doubt about a document, we would rather review it by hand and keep it out of the AI environment altogether.
