Short answer

Depending on your needs, we can work on a project basis, through monthly ongoing advisory, or under a corporate secretarial model.

Project-based work

This is a model in which the scope and deliverable are defined in advance for a specific transaction, litigation, contract review, investment, or report. The budget and timeline are clarified before the work begins.

Ongoing advisory

The monthly retainer model provides regular access for the company's day-to-day legal needs. It is suitable for teams that want continuity in contracts, board matters, compliance, employment law, and risk management.

Corporate secretarial

It is a more operational support model for matters requiring corporate management, decision-making processes, the trade registry, general assemblies, and financial and administrative coordination.
